Member Increase
- Positive growth (+1) by September 30th, 2024
New Club
- Actively help sponsor a new Kiwanis club
Membership Chair
- Club membership chair submitted to KI
Club Contact Info
- Club contact information is reviewed and updated
CLE
- President, Secretary and Treasurer complete CLE training
Youth Protection
- 90% of club members participate in Youth Protection education
Advisor Background Checks
- SLP advisors’ background checks are current
Conference Attendance
- Club is represented at 2 major events: Midwinter, DCON or ICON
Inter-Clubs and DCMs
- Participate in 10 Inter-clubs and attend 75% of their Divisional DCM
Signature Project
- Have a Signature Project and submit it to KI by the January deadline
Build SLP
- Actively help build one or more SLPs
Orphan SLP
- Sponsor an orphan SLP in their division and provide funds to it
Line Item in budget to donate
- To one or more District projects
- To the Kiwanis Children’s Fund
- To the PNW or Canadian Foundations
