Points are credited ONLY if submitted to District Office no later than November 15, 2025

Lt. Governors/Divisions
Submission Form
Requirement – Must meet 6 of the 8 following criteria:

• Net growth in the Division (positive growth)
• 100% of Lt. Governor Reports submitted on time
• Visit all clubs, 1x in person, 2x by zoom
• Assist the membership committee by helping to build 1 or more clubs within
  and/or beyond the Division
• Assist the membership committee by helping to boost 1 or more clubs within
  and/or beyond the Division
• Assist a Club in building one or more SLPs within and/or beyond the Division
• 2 Members for each club within the division attend Midwinter, DCON or ICON
• 100% of the Division’s clubs participate in Youth Protection education

Clubs
Submission Form
Requirement – Must meet 10 of the 15 following criteria:

• Positive growth (+1) by September 30th, 2025
• Actively help sponsor a new Kiwanis club
• Club membership chair submitted to KI
• Club contact information is reviewed and updated annually
• President, Secretary and Treasurer complete CLE training
• 90% of club members participate in Youth Protection education
• SLP advisors’ background checks are current
• Club is represented at 2 major events of the District: Midwinter, DCON or ICON
• Participate in 10 Inter-clubs and attend 75% of their Divisional DCMs
• Have a Signature Project and submit it to KI by the January deadline
• Actively help build one or more SLPs
• Sponsor an orphan SLP in their division and provide funds to it
• Have a line item in their budget to donate to one or more District projects
• Have a line item in their budget to donate to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund
• Have a line item in their budget to donate to the PNW or Canadian Foundations

Members
Submission Form
Requirement – Must meet 6 of the 8 following criteria:

• Complete Youth Protection training
• Sponsor at least 2 members to join Kiwanis
• Purchase an Outreach medallion
• Contribute financially by $10.00 or more to any District Projec
  (counts for each of the 3 projects: KCCP, SIGN, SOS)
• Contribute financially by $10.00 or more to either the Canadian Foundation
  or the Pacific Northwest Foundation
• Contribute financially by $10.00 or more to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund
• Participate in at least two club service projects
• Participate in one District/Division service project
