DCON Registration – US

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY:
Every member of a Kiwanis Club who attends the District Conference must be registered. If your spouse/partner is also a Kiwanian, each of you must complete your own registration. Individuals registering as Guests may not be members of a Kiwanis Club.

Registration payment may only be made online. We are required to give our meal guarantees to the event center prior to the event. Registrations online may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, and several others.

FULL REGISTRATION ($135) – The Full registration fee includes Saturday’s Breakfast, Saturday’s Luncheon, and Saturday’s Dinner. Please do not order those meals.

GUEST/SLP REGISTRATION ($35) – There is a small registration fee for Guests & SLP members. Guest registrations are ONLY accepted in conjunction with a Full Kiwanian registration. All Guest/SLP meals are purchased a la carte in the online registration form. If you plan on attending all the meals we suggest just using the Full registration type.

CLUB LEADERSHIP EDUCATION (CLE) – This session is an option that can be added to any Full registration for no cost. It will be held on Thursday, August 21st – 9 am to 3 pm. Lunch is not included.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE CANCELLATION, REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICIES BELOW: ALL Conference registrations at $135 US are to be received before midnight on August 15, 2025.

CANCELLATIONS – Refunds accepted until August 5, by emailing [email protected]. All refunds will incur a $35 processing fee. No refunds after August 5, 2025.
