Serving as a Lieutenant Governor is one of the most important leadership roles in Kiwanis. This training weekend will prepare you for the year ahead while giving you the opportunity to connect with fellow Lt. Governors and the district leadership team.

Throughout the weekend you will:

• Learn the roles and responsibilities of a Lt. Governor
• Gain practical tools for effective club visits and Division Council Meetings
• Share ideas on membership growth and strengthening clubs
• Connect with fellow Lt. Governors from across the district
• Meet and collaborate with next year’s leadership team

Just as important, the weekend provides time to build friendships, exchange ideas, and strengthen the connections that will support you throughout the year.
